i LOVE to workout! this is something i look forward to do at least four to six times a week. when i miss more than two days, then i feel myself going into reboot mode to make up for missed workout sessions. since this is a part of my daily life, i thought it would be fun to create a page dedicated to something i am passionate about and that is to live a stronger and healthier life.
