last week i shared a shadowbox i altered using Lily Bee's Persnickety collection. LOVE LOVE! it's beautiful & went perfectly with project i created below. love how the colors pop.
Tim & i celebrated our 10th anniversary in OBX. we stayed in a bed & breakfast, which was just lovely. during our trip, we took drove down to Cape Hatteras to visit the lighthouse. something i've wanted to do for a long time & so glad we did. it was awesome. climbing the lighthouse wasn't as bad as i thought, with the exception of the heatwave.
i used three small photos from the trip to compliment the larger decorated side of the shadowbox and cut out the large title using my Cameo Silhouette. i mixed it up using die-cut elements and bits & pieces of stickers & the stamps from the Persnickety collection.
i am in love w/ this cute little shadowbox, too. i bought it at Michael's last month & couldn't wait to use it. i'm thinking about getting a few more for to alter. maybe a white one to hang out in Corinne's room...we'll see. i am really learning to actually USE items i purchase rather than hoard them for later, LOL. this is saving me lot of $$$.
